 Keystone
is different from any other ski village. It has a variety
of neighborhoods for a perfect vacation. There are two
main villages and several more peaceful settings for your
lodging Keystone offers an abundance of activities to
experience. It has the largest outdoor maintained ice
skating facility in the United States. From Ice Skating,
Sleigh Rides, Shopping, Scenic Gondola Rides, and Snow
Mobile rentals there is plenty to do besides ski.
LODGING:
Liftside Condominiums are about 150 yds. from Keystone's
ski slopes and only minutes from the shops, restaurants
and nightlife of Keystone Village. There is an indoor
hot tub and swimming pool. All units have a queen sleeper
sofa, full kitchen and fireplace. The two-bedroom units
have 2 baths. The Ski Run Condos and Black Bear Condos
are walk-to-the-lifts (150 yds. or less over a footbridge)
and on the shuttle route. The condos have full kitchens
and fireplaces. The Black Bear has an outdoor hot tub
and pool, ski storage and garage. The Tennis Townhomes
are on the shuttle route in the Tenderfoot area. They
are quietly nestled among mature blue spruce trees and
have an outdoor heated pool.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
PAYMENTS: Deposits are accepted by cash, check, Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. A 1% discount
is available for clients who pay balances by cash or check.
Deposit: $650 per person payable at time of booking. 2nd
payment $450 Dec. 14. Balance due: Feb. 14, 2008.. Late
payment fee is $50 per person and applies to both the
second payment and balance due.
CANCELLATION FEES: $650 per person; Dec. 14-Feb. 14,
then nonrefundable. Cancellations must be received in
writing at Coleman Travel. Trip cancellation/travel
insurance is available and strongly recommended.
DEVIATIONS & CHANGES: result in additional costs
of $50 per person plus any difference in cost. .
